Mayor-Elect Michael Caldwell, Ward 1 Council Member Warren Johnson, Ward 3 Council Member Colin Ake, and Ward 5 Council Member Brian Wolfe will be sworn in during the ceremony to serve four-year terms that began Jan. 1.
